Sivan Peretz Miller, Ph.D., founded Scriptus in 2006, after having worked for over a decade in the PR field in Israel and in the USA. Sivan studied at New School University in New York, among other academic institutions, and holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from Tel-Aviv University.
