About Us

Scriptus is a thought laboratory that applies philosophical thinking to real-world leadership challenges, helping senior executives and decision-makers navigate complex dilemmas and uncertainty. It translates applied philosophy into practical tools for decision-making, ethical clarity, and resilient leadership through executive workshops, one-on-one advisory work, and the design of organizational ethical frameworks.

Having worked with Israel's leading conglomerates, banks, companies and law firms for over 20 years, I've come to learn that most critical challenges facing executives, partners, and team leaders fundamentally revolve around questions of ethics, extreme uncertainty, stress, and human relationships.

Over the past two decades, I have worked hand-in-hand with CEOs, tech founders, and top-tier law firm partners through my strategic content business. This extensive hands-on experience gave me a deep, unvarnished understanding of corporate dynamics, industry pressures, and the unique challenges facing modern leaders.

My Ph.D. in Philosophy, enables me to bridge this rich corporate background with academic rigor and existential thought. I partner with executives to navigate complex decision-making, dissect ethical dilemmas, and build mental resilience against leadership isolation and burnout.

My executive consulting and corporate workshops are anchored in actionable philosophical frameworks:

* Ethics & Duty (Kant): A tool for rigorous logical analysis, providing a steadfast moral compass for high-stakes decision-making while treating individuals as an end, never merely as a means.

* Dialogue & Connection (Buber): Applying the "I-Thou" framework within organizations to dissolve corporate alienation, foster psychological safety, and cultivate ego-free team communication.

* Freedom & Decisive Choice (Sartre): Overcoming analysis paralysis and embracing the leader’s absolute responsibility when driving strategy under conditions of incomplete data.

* Resilience & Anxiety Management (Nietzsche & Kierkegaard): Re-framing anxiety and uncertainty as natural existential drivers, dismantling the fear of failure, and converting extreme high-pressure crises into catalysts for excellence and growth.

Merging philosophy and deep existential awareness with twenty years of proven business insight creates a strong organizational culture and highly grounded leadership.

Past and present work includes work for Weizmann Institute of Science, Delek Group, AFI Group (Africa Israel), Strauss Group, Bank Hapoalim, D&B Israel, National Geographic Israel, Meitar law firm, Zellermayer Pelossof law firm, The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, among many others.
